The Challenge of Effective Speaking in a Digital Age 18th Edition by Rudolph F. Verderber/Kathleen S. Verderber/Deanna Sellnow

Overview

Grounded in the latest research and best practices, Sellnow/Verderber's THE CHALLENGE OF EFFECTIVE SPEAKING IN A DIGITAL AGE, 18th Edition, emphasizes the role of technology and digital media in all aspects of preparing, presenting and interpreting public speeches in face-to-face and online environments. It also gives special attention to issues of diversity, equity and inclusion. Building on a strong tradition of skills-based public speaking instruction, this bestseller's Speech Plan Action Steps systematically guide students through topic selection, audience analysis and adaptation, research, organization, presentational aids, and language and delivery.
