Overview
Milady Master Educator, Fourth Edition provides the backbone of the instructor theory for the beauty and wellness educator. The content presents educators with the teaching skills and educational judgments necessary to become an effective, engaging, and successful instructor. The content in Master Educator is designed for flexibility, being used in programs ranging from a basic overview of instructor training to programs that require more advanced teaching techniques. Presented in a conversational, easy-to-understand style, it uses many pedagogical features to emphasize important information and powerful teaching techniques. Master Educator serves the future instructor as a valuable, fundamental learning tool, and the seasoned instructor with the strategies needed to adapt to the changing landscape of the learning environment.
For the new edition, we embraced a modern design and imagery that represents the diversity of learners across all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. This resulted in a brilliant layout with hundreds of new photos, providing a visually stunning resource to engage today's learner. We recruited a team of eight authors, made up of top professionals and educators in the industry, to provide the most current information on concepts and techniques. We made a dedicated effort to reflect the impact of technological and digital advancements on the learning environment, and we feel confident that we delivered. Master Educator will continue to be a source of learning that instructors can count on, not only while in school, but throughout their careers.
