Family Law 8th Edition by William P. Statsky/Jenna Beck/Peter Wright

Overview

Statsky/Beck/Wright’s “Family Law,” 8th Edition introduces students to modern family law with a practical emphasis on both substantive and procedural law. Students develop an accurate understanding of family law and the role of today’s attorney-paralegal team as they explore evolving issues, including no-fault divorce, assisted reproductive technology, changing concepts of parentage, domestic violence, and the legal implications of advances in science and technology.

Cengage’s learning platform, MindTap, extends this practice with a structured learning path, applied activities, instant feedback, and performance insights that help students understand legal concepts, analyze issues, and work with the actual tools and processes family law professionals use today.
