Richard N. Arteca

Dr. Richard Arteca holds a B.S. in Horticulture and an M.S. in Plant Science from Utah State University, and a Ph.D. in Horticulture from Washington State University. He is Professor of Horticulture at The Pennsylvania State University. In addition to teaching, he has authored and contributed to several books on horticulture science.
