Delivering Person Centred Services: A Case Management Approach is designed for community service workers to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to manage, coordinate and deliver services to individuals, groups and communities in response to their needs and future goals.

The text addresses all core competency units of the Diploma of Community Services, as well as all the competencies in the case management specialisation. Five chapters also address the general electives: advocacy, crisis situations, research, collaboration and networking.

All cases are contextualised to the practice environment and address specialty areas such as youth work, family violence, child protection, mental health, disability and social housing. Geoff Arnott

Geoff Arnott is a writer and consultant who has written resources in the disciplines of disability, aged care and community services. He worked for more than 30 years in the TAFE system in various roles including Deputy Head of School and a Department Manager at Swinburne University in charge of programs based around health, recreation and human services. He has produced numerous learner guides and curriculum materials in a diverse range of areas for client organisations from the public and private sectors.

Eva Bowers

Eva Bowers is a Teacher in Community Services for TAFE NSW and has developed and delivered workplace training such as the Diploma of Community Services, generalist and case management for community services professions in areas of practice including child protection, disability and aged care.

Stacey Murray

Stacey Murray has been an instructional designer, curriculum developer and trainer in both higher education and the vocational sector since 2013.
